For ticketholders who make a successful purchase, bibs will be distributed at Foundation Preparatory School, 11 Lincoln Avenue, May Pen, Clarendon From April 8th-11th, 2025.

The person who makes the online purchase will need to be present with their ID to verify the purchase

Each participant over 18 years old will need to come in person to collect their bib and sign the indemnity form. For each participant under 18 years old, a parent or guardian will need to come in person to collect their bib and sign the indemnity form.

I hereby acknowledge and agree that by participating as an entrant or competitor in this race, I (or my parent/guardian if I am under 18 years old) do hereby release, waive and forever discharge Foundation Preparatory School, YuhCourses, their affiliates, sponsors, volunteers, representatives, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, or causes of action arising from or connected with my participation in the Sprint for Smiles 5K Run & Walk, whether as a spectator, participant, or competitor.

I understand and acknowledge that running/walking can be dangerous and may carry with it the potential for serious injury, property loss, or death. This waiver extends to any injury, loss, or damage to my person or property, including death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, while participating in or traveling to/from the event.

I further grant permission to Foundation Preparatory School, and their authorized representatives to capture and use photographs, videos, recordings, and any other media content from this event for promotional, educational, or commercial purposes without compensation or further consent. Foundation Preparatory School shall retain all rights and ownership of photographs, videos, and audio recordings taken during the event.
